Acceptance

By using GDKRMA, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a recipient account and receive payouts. Tippers do not need an account.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. A processing fee (Stripe's card fee + 2% platform fee) is added to each tip and paid by the tipper. Recipients keep 100% of the tip amount.

Acceptable use

You may not use GDKRMA for illegal activity, abuse, harassment, or fraud. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account in violation of these terms.

Content

You are responsible for messages and content you post. GDKRMA may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines at any time.

Limitation of liability

GDKRMA is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
